PorterLabs Companies

The Portfolio.

Every company inside the system runs the same recursive architecture. Each one compounds the intelligence of the ones before it.

Clout
Fan engagement platform, gamifying fandom.

Clout is the B2C fan engagement platform that rewards fans for showing up. A dual-currency economy (XP + Coins), pick’em games, and digital challenges transform passive sports fans into active participants who have real skin in the game.

The Clout OS powers everything underneath: a multi-tenant infrastructure layer that lets sports organizations white-label the entire fan engagement experience under their own brand. Clout B2C is the flagship tenant, proving the model before it licenses to others.

What sets Clout apart is the AI operating layer running the company underneath the app. An economy optimizer continuously tunes the XP and Coin balance from live player data. A paid-ads optimizer pulls ad metrics and funnel data to shift budget and pause underperformers autonomously. A social media engine (SMOS) writes and ships content daily. A pick’em generator builds the weekly slate automatically. The company runs on agents, not headcount.

Key Facts

ClubCore
Mobile-first member experience for private clubs.

ClubCore is a mobile-first member-experience platform for private clubs: golf, tennis, and country clubs. It replaces the dated, desktop-era software most clubs run today with a clean app members actually open instead of calling the pro shop, for booking tee times, courts, lessons, events, and more.

The wedge is simple: members already expect mobile-first software everywhere else in their lives. ClubCore is that experience, built specifically for the club, and it runs alongside a club’s existing system. No rip-and-replace migration project, no board approval for a full platform switch. Live in days, one flat price per club ($499/mo), unlimited staff, unlimited members, no per-seat or per-module fees.

It’s built as a multi-tenant SaaS with strict isolation across three tiers: an operator panel, a club-management dashboard for staff, and a member app. The full Phase-6 module roadmap (nine modules) is merged and deployed, the production database is live, and the remaining path to first pilot is per-club feature enablement plus two commercial switches: payments and the AI key.

Lentira
The financing platform, starting with equipment dealers.

Lentira is the platform and holding brand for financing infrastructure, built to modernize how capital moves through underserved lending markets. It spans four business lines: equipment-dealer financing software, hard-asset and equipment lending, home-builder and construction lending, and consumer credit.

The first product is Closr, the equipment-dealer financing software: a multi-lender origination front door for equipment dealers (agricultural, construction, commercial, medical). Closr handles multi-lender submission, deal structuring, docs automation, floor-plan management, and lender connectivity, giving dealers a modern portal where they run on spreadsheets and fax today.

Closr is the entry product that customers graduate into a full horizontal stack: LendOS, CapitalOS, UnderwriteOS, CollectOS, and RewardsOS. Build the software first, then scale the lending tracks on top of it. Lentira is a PorterLabs venture being built in the Atrium.

Kairix
Intelligent systems for healthcare, starting with referral management.

Kairix is building intelligent operating infrastructure for hospitals and healthcare systems. The first solution is a referral management system for Barrow Brain & Spine, one of the leading neuroscience institutes in the country. When a patient is referred into Barrow, Kairix routes, tracks, and surfaces that patient through the intake process with precision.

Kairix is a PorterLabs venture, with Stu holding ownership. The same engineering pattern that produces PorterLabs’ other builds is now applied to healthcare infrastructure, so the recursive system carries the advantage across verticals.

Once the first solution ships and goes live at Barrow, Kairix graduates to its own Polaris node inside the PorterLabs recursive system, with a full complement of operating Nodes configured for the healthcare vertical. The graduation trigger is the first solution going live.

Key Facts

Clout Labs
The engineering and AI arm behind the platform.

Clout Labs is the engineering and AI arm that builds and operates the systems behind Clout, and packages that capability for others. It’s where the applications, agents, and AI operating layers that run Clout are designed, shipped, and hardened.

Two sides: an applications side that builds product and owns the IP it creates, and a services side that brings AI, automation, and operational efficiency to sports organizations. The same agent stack that runs Clout, economy optimization, paid-ads optimization, autonomous content, and generative game creation, becomes a capability Clout Labs can deliver to partners.

It’s the proof that PorterLabs doesn’t just build products, it builds the machines that run them. Clout Labs turns that internal engineering advantage into a repeatable, sellable capability.

Key Facts
  • Role Engineering + AI arm behind the platform
  • Applications Builds product and widgets, owns its IP
  • Services AI, automation + operational efficiency for sports orgs
  • Signature stack Economy · ads · content · game-generation agents
